2022 Submissions

Instructions for Submission

Note we will have two venues in which the event will run in parallel: Blantyre at MUBAS and Mzuzu at Mzuzu University. We may also be able to offer some sessions virtually. You should indicate the preferred venue in the application form.

All submissions should be on subjects relevant to the spirit and objectives of the conference. The topics described above are an indication of the scope of the conference but are not meant to be restrictive. Submissions are done via this Application Form.

For the free places, we give precedence to those submitting a contribution. If you would like to attend without a contribution that is possible. Note the costs for the event. An invoice will be sent to you after your registration via the Application Form.

Cost

We have 25 places that are free*. If sponsorship allows we may increase this number. However, we will need to be mindful of the logistics (tutorials, labs, and catering) so we will have to keep the number manageable. So we might ask non-free participants for a reasonable fee.

We would consider more favorably those applicants who submit posters and lightning talks. For any questions please email us.
